Our engagements typically run 8–12 sessions over 4–6 months — long enough to move through real change, not just surface it. The structure is designed to fit your pace and what the moment asks for.

Starting at $200/session. We believe good coaching should be accessible — if you're coming through a referral or an existing TMatsu program, let's talk about what makes sense for you.
