  • Together, we build out the program elements. Depending on your needs, we can:

While our primary focus is organizational work, we also offer 1:1 coaching for leaders and professionals navigating moments of transition—whether it’s a career shift, leadership growth, or changes in life stage.

For organizations designing fellowship or cohort-based programs, individual coaching can be integrated as an optional add-on to deepen participants’ learning, support their inner development, and strengthen the overall cohesion and maturity of the cohort or community. We tailor the coaching approach to the goals, structure, and scale of your program.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Founder: Tomoko Matsukawa
Tomoko brings experience across learning design, organizational development, and coaching, with a career spanning finance, consulting, education, and international development. She spent nearly a decade at Acumen leading fellowship program innovation and global community-building, and has worked with foundations, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations in Japan and internationally. Her approach blends systems thinking, adult learning, and cross-cultural facilitation.
